Position Overview

As a Work & Home Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between remote work and office culture. You will be responsible for implementing strategies and practices that enhance both employee satisfaction and productivity. Your focus will be on optimizing work-from-home experiences while ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement programs that promote work-life balance and mental health resources for remote employees.
  • Facilitate regular feedback sessions with team members to gather insights on remote work challenges and innovations.
  • Develop and manage training sessions and resources for remote collaboration tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a comprehensive strategy that blends in-office and remote work, maximizing efficiency and team bonding.
  • Analyze employee engagement and productivity metrics to continuously improve work-from-home policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for all inquiries related to work-from-home arrangements and resources.
  • Promote a culture of openness and transparency around work & home balance among all employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, Operations, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on remote work.
  • Strong understanding of remote work dynamics and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze metrics and data to drive informed business decisions.
