Job Title: Vice President of Advertising

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Lead the advertising team in ideation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics to enhance ROI, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure seamless execution of advertising initiatives.
• Identify emerging trends and technologies to maintain cutting-edge advertising tactics.
• Manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources while meeting financial targets.
• Mentor and develop team members to cultivate a high-performance culture within the advertising division.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and media vendors to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in advertising, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing successful advertising strategies and managing large-scale campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, software, and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
