Available Positions

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Sales Assistant: Engage with customers, provide excellent service, and help maintain store standards.
• Stockroom Assistant: Responsible for managing stock levels, organizing the stockroom, and assisting with inventory management.
• Visual Merchandiser: Help create appealing shop displays and ensure that visual merchandising standards are met throughout the store.
• Team Leader: Oversee a team of sales assistants, drive sales performance, and maintain high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Next team, you will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the store by:

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Assisting with merchandise displays and inventory management.
• Contributing to team sales goals and engaging in active selling.
• Training and mentoring new team members.
