  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between job postings and brand messaging.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, particularly on Facebook’s advertising platform.
  • Manage budget allocations for boosted posts and track spend effectively.
  • Respond to comments and inquiries on boosted posts in a timely manner, engaging potential candidates.
  • Produce reports detailing the performance of boosted posts, including metrics on engagement, reach, and application conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or recruitment marketing, specifically on Facebook.
