We have a variety of roles available within our facility, including but not limited to:

1. Resident Care Associate

As a Resident Care Associate, you will provide direct care to our residents, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

• Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Support residents during meal times.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Engage residents in social activities and encourage participation.
• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a care setting preferred.
• Must have a caring and empathetic nature.

2. Nursing Staff (RN/LPN)

We are seeking skilled nursing professionals who are passionate about providing quality care to our residents. Both Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) are encouraged to apply.

• Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess residents’ conditions and develop care plans.
• Supervise and mentor Resident Care Associates.
• Qualifications:
• Current RN or LPN license in the state.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

3. Activity Coordinator

The Activity Coordinator will plan, implement, and manage recreational programs for our residents to promote their social, physical, and emotional well-being.

• Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead activities that engage residents.
• Assess resident interests to tailor activities accordingly.
• Work with families and staff to promote events.
• Qualifications:
• Degree in Recreation Therapy or related field preferred.
• Experience working with seniors in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
