We have a variety of roles available within our facility, including but not limited to:
1. Resident Care Associate
As a Resident Care Associate, you will provide direct care to our residents, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming.
- Support residents during meal times.
- Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Engage residents in social activities and encourage participation.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a care setting preferred.
- Must have a caring and empathetic nature.
2. Nursing Staff (RN/LPN)
We are seeking skilled nursing professionals who are passionate about providing quality care to our residents. Both Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) are encouraged to apply.
- Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assess residents’ conditions and develop care plans.
- Supervise and mentor Resident Care Associates.
- Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in the state.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
3. Activity Coordinator
The Activity Coordinator will plan, implement, and manage recreational programs for our residents to promote their social, physical, and emotional well-being.
- Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead activities that engage residents.
- Assess resident interests to tailor activities accordingly.
- Work with families and staff to promote events.
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Recreation Therapy or related field preferred.
- Experience working with seniors in a therapeutic setting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
